Position: Administrative Assistant


Administrative and support duites for technical department and the office
Handle phone calls and customer queries and provide timely updates on repair and maintenance jobs
Monitor and track repair and maintenance jobs
Data entry into system for real time records
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow
Quotation preparation
Other general administrative duties as assigned


Good organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Meticulous with an eye for details
Good teamwork, interpersonal and customer service skills
